Patti

Patricia Minta is a Registered Dietitian, author and public speaker.  She has been in practice for 25 years in many areas including hospital, long term care, outpatient settings, and private practice.  She specializes in wellness lectures and programs for groups and individuals.

Patty is a wife and mother of two very active teenage boys, and her family has the typically busy American schedule.  Her book, “Mom, What’s For Dinner?” is her own meal planning program put in a simple, easy to use format that will save you time and money while serving healthy, nutritious meals. Patty believes that the key to preventing illness is to eat nutritionally balanced meals each and every day.  Many of us do not eat the 7-13 servings of fruits and vegetables that is recommended by the USDA each and every day.  The only supplement that she has ever recommended by name is Juice Plus+.  It is whole food nutrition from fruits and vegetables and it is backed by 18 published Medical Research Studies.

Patty is a member of the American Dietetic Association, the Illinois Dietetic Association, the Naperville Chamber of Commerce, and the Dynamic Professional Women’s Network.  She is certified as a nutrition expert by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed by the State of Illinois.  Patty is also currently serving her second 3 year term as an Illinois Dietetic Association Media Representative
